Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included to qualify for a return.

Items that are personalized, custom-made, or damaged due to improper use are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at beiyubrand@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the return package to the address provided in your RA confirmation email (shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items).

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size/style), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
